Published: September 29, 2014, 5:00pm

The Fort Vancouver Regional Library Foundation will hold a sale of used children’s books from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

The sale will be in Library Hall, downstairs at the regional headquarters, 1007 E. Mill Plain Blvd. — formerly the downtown Vancouver library building. Free parking is available.

The sale features surplus library books. More than 10,000 books will be available, all priced at $1.

There will be material for pre-readers, including infant board books and picture books.

For older readers, there will be fiction and nonfiction, classics, adventure, graphic novels, science fiction and many popular series.

Proceeds will support the Fort Vancouver Regional Library District’s summer reading program.

For more information, call the foundation at 360-906-4700 or go to www.fvrlf.org.
