The Portland Rose Festival and Oak Knoll Winery seek original art for the 2020 Rose Festival wine label contest. Oak Knoll will award $1,000 to the winning artist and transform their artwork into a wine label with the Rose City Label Company. Submissions will be accepted until Jan. 15. Magenta Theater seeks actors to audition for Shakespeare’s “Much Ado About Nothing.” Auditions for 20 roles and understudies, ages 18 and older, are at 6:30 p.m. Jan. 27 at the theater, 1108 Main St., Vancouver.
