Firefighters and law enforcement responded to a rollover crash Monday morning on northbound Interstate 5 in Vancouver, according to emergency radio traffic monitored at The Columbian.

Responders were dispatched about 6:43 a.m to the crash between Mill Plain and Fourth Plain boulevards.

The first official to arrive on scene told dispatchers that the vehicle appeared to have rolled a couple of times and came to rest on its side, according to the scanner traffic.

There was no one near the crashed vehicle. A witness reported seeing an unspecified number of people leave the area in a Dodge Charger, according to the scanner.

Firefighters on the scene reported that the vehicle appeared to be stable on its side, but multiple agencies were requested to respond to evaluate the situation.

The left and center lanes of traffic were blocked for about an hour, according to the Washington State Department of Transportation.
