Jaden Stanley scored a game-high 21 points as the Plainsmen beat North Medford in the quarterfinals of the Lakeridge tournament in Lake Oswego, Ore.

Stanley scored eight of Evergreen’s nine first-quarter points and nine more in the fourth quarter.

Evergreen was able to hold North Medford to 13 points over the second and third quarters thanks to its “defensive intensity,” said coach Brett Henry.
