Girls basketball: Hockinson 65, Columbia River 34

Payton Wangler scored 18 points, Emma Dietel 16 and Grace Russell 15 as the Hawks won the 2A GSHL game on the road.

Hockinson held River to single-digit scoring in the first three quarters.

Liz Canton and Katie Kolbe each scored 11 for the Chieftains.
