If Lloyd Flem, executive director of All Aboard Washington, would “roll through a curve at 30 mph to save the taxpayers $200 million,” someone should explain to us spending $181 million to save 10 minutes (The Seattle Times story “State had warning about rail curvature,” Jan. 3, The Columbian).
