Girls basketball: Woodland 45, Ridgefield 39

The Woodland press defense got to the Spudders in the third quarter, forcing turnovers to lead to extra baskets the other end in a 2A GSHL victory.

Up two at the half, Woodland outscored Ridgefield by nine in the third quarter in what otherwise was a close game throughout the evening.

Audrey Adams led Woodland with nine points. Payten Foster and Dana Glovick each scored eight for the Beavers.

Kylie Greenwald had 11 to pace the Spudders.
