Catch the grand finale of the 54th annual Clark College Jazz Festival today, as one ensemble wins the Dale Beacock Memorial Sweepstakes Award. High school jazz ensembles in AAA and AAAA divisions will perform from 7:40 a.m. to 5 p.m., with a performance by the Clark College Jazz Ensemble at 12:20 p.m. followed by the American Music Program, led by Thara Memory, at 5:40 p.m. Finals competition will begin at 7 p.m., with trophies and titles presented at the end. Keep the young music going with the Vancouver Symphony Young Artists Competition at 1 p.m. Sunday at Trinity Lutheran Church, 309 W. 39th St., Vancouver. Love Street Playhouse will open its production of “The Odd Couple” on Feb. 5 with a one-night dinner performance.
