Girls basketball: Stevenson 40, King’s Way 38

Amya St. Martin’s made two free-throws with three seconds left to give Stevenson a win over King’s Way Christian.

The win is Stevenson’s second 1A Trico League win of the season.

Toryi Midland led Stevenson with 11 points.

It was a close game throughout.

King’s Way’s MacKenzie Ellertson had a game-high 17 points as well as 14 rebounds in the loss.

McKenzie Schaller had 10 points and seven steals for King’s Way.
