Vancouver – Vancouver-based Pacific Lifestyle Homes announced Tuesday the groundbreaking of a 32-home development in the Salmon Creek neighborhood.
The development, called “Green Valley,” will put the homes on 7,500-square-foot lots, with floor plans ranging in size from 1,814 square feet to 3,500 square feet. The homes will come with, among other things, granite tile countertops, stainless steel appliances and “Smart Home” technology, the homebuilder said.
