Boys basketball: Fort Vancouver 55, King’s Way Christian 52

Johnny Green and Miracle Alford-Lewis each scored 19 points as the Trappers improved to 5-1 by holding off King’s Way.

The Knights led 41-36 after three quarters, and Fort gained the lead at 52-51, increasing it to three points with 3 seconds to play. King’s Way missed a half-court shot at the buzzer.

Green also had nine rebounds and five steals.

King’s Way was led in scoring by Skyler Freeman’s 17 points, and 15 from Joe Mills.
