Columbia Riverkeeper elects McLain president

Vancouver – Vancouver resident Linda McLain is now the president of the Columbia Riverkeeper board of directors.

McLain is an owner of Currie & McLain Certified Public Accountants. She is the first Vancouver resident to be named board president. She will serve a one-year term.

In her role, she will work with the board and Riverkeeper staff to guide the organization’s work to focus on stewardship of the Columbia River.

Columbia Riverkeeper is an environmental organization focused on preserving and improving water quality of the Columbia River. The organization is a member of Waterkeeper Alliance, a group of more than 200 Waterkeeper organizations worldwide.
