The Wildcats had no trouble against the team from Portland, playing in the Hoops on the Holiday event at Evergreen High School.
Andrea Griffee had 13 points and five steals for La Center.
Bethany Whitten ended up with seven points, six steals and six assists. Shelby Vermeulen had 10 rebounds and eight points. Molly Edwards added eight points with six rebounds and three assists.
