Home-based businesses focus of chamber series

The Greater Vancouver Chamber of Commerce is offering a series on topics related to operating home-based businesses. The five-week series, to be held every other Thursday, begins Jan. 23. The sessions are from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the chamber’s office, 1101 Broadway, Suite 100. There is no cost to attend, but registration is required at www.vancouverusa.com.

Topics and speakers for the sessions are: Jan. 23, Home Based Time Management, Kevin Hiebert of Resonate, facilitator; Feb. 6, Home Based Marketing, Veronika Noize, DIY Marketing Center, facilitator; Feb. 20, Home Based Life Balance, facilitated by Hiebert; March 6, Home Based Media Relations, Chandra Chase, Greater Vancouver Chamber of Commerce, facilitator; March 20, Home Based Single-Person Sales Team, Carole Parker Walsh, Silpada Designs Jewelry, facilitator.
