Two from Fort Vancouver District move up to Eagle Scout

Two Boy Scouts from the Fort Vancouver District successfully passed their Eagle Scout board of review during the month of November and have been advanced to the rank of Eagle Scout.

Duncan Bickmore of Boy Scout Crew 104 built raptor perches for the Clark County Stream Team for his Eagle project. Duncan, 18, a son of William and Karla Bickmore, is a senior at Skyview High School.

For his Eagle project, Ryan Elwell of Boy Scout Troop 525, organized medical supplies, cleaned a storage unit and built shelving for the Free Clinic of Southwest Washington. Ryan, 18 , is a senior at Battle Ground High School. Ryan will have a Court of Honor at 2 p.m. Feb. 16 in the community room at Clark Public Utilities, 1200 Fort Vancouver Way. His parents are Danielle and Nathan Conner and Steve and Arlene Elwell.
