Letter: Voters, relieve Benton of office

The Columbian
Published: January 11, 2014, 4:00pm

Regarding Mr. Don Benton — note I don’t address him as senator — the crybaby is back at it again. He demeans others in the Senate and then cries foul when someone retaliates in kind. I sincerely hope that the people of Washington, particularly Clark County, will wake up and in the next election relieve him of the office of senator.

And, in addition, voters can find a way to get control of the M&M boys as well.

On another subject, I would ask Clark County Commissioner Steve Stuart to please not give up on us and leave us at the mercy of two of the three stooges, Commissioners David Madore and Tom Mielke. We desperately need someone to make their lives as miserable as they have made ours and help keep our local government on a productive path. If Stuart will not undertake the challenge, I fear that we in Clark County are in deep trouble.
