CHENEY, Wash. (AP) — Martin Seiferth scored 21 points and grabbed 12 rebounds Thursday night and Tyler Harvey added 25 points as Eastern Washington beat Montana 69-62 for its first Big Sky Conference win of the season.

Eastern Washington opened with three quick baskets and led by as many as 12 points, but Montana came back and trailed 32-31 at halftime.

Montana took a 33-32 lead on a jumper by Andy Martin, but the Eagles were soon back on top, and extended their lead to eight with 2:01 to play.
