Boys basketball: Evergreen 74, Heritage 69

Robert Franks scored 12 of his game-high 24 points in the fourth quarter to rally the Plainsmen to a 4A Greater St. Helens League win.

Heritage led 39-26 at halftime and 52-46 after three quarters. But Franks’ two 3-pointers sparked Evergreen in the fourth quarter.

Jalen Ballard and Andrew Morris added 10 each for Evergreen. Tim Hergert led Heritage with 20 points.

HERITAGE — Tim Hergert 20, Grant Cayan 2, Daniel Karpyuk 0, Devin Anderson 3, Mike Rogers 15, David Martin 18, Mark Bejan 11. Totals 24-50 (7-21) 14-16 69.
