Girls basketball: Kelso 64, Mountain View 60

The Thunder built a 38-21 halftime lead, only to let it slip away in the third quarter.

Kelso won the third period 23-6, forging a 44-44 tie entering the final quarter, then pulled the game out down the stretch.

The Hilanders made 8 of 11 free throws in the fourth quarter and outscored the Thunder 43-22 in the second half.

Emma DuChesne led Mountain View with 15 ponits, while Carly Holboke scored 14 and Amica Cranston had 13. Loryn Musgrove scored a game-high 24 points for Kelso.
