Warren scores 32, NC State beats ECU 90-79

RALEIGH, N.C. (AP) — T.J. Warren scored a career-high 32 points and North Carolina State beat East Carolina 90-79 on Saturday for its seventh straight win.

Warren was 14-of-23 shooting, Jordan Vandenberg added a career-high 18 points — including a series of alley-oop dunks — and Anthony “Cat” Barber had 16 points for the Wolfpack (9-2).

N.C. State shot 58 percent and improved to 20-1 in the cross-state series.

Akeem Richmond scored 23 points and Caleb White had 14 for East Carolina (10-3).

The Pirates shot 47 percent and hit 10 3-pointers but fell to 0-57 in road games against ACC schools.
