BEREA, Ohio (AP) — Browns star cornerback Joe Haden rode a stationary bike during practice as he recovers from a painful hip bruise.

Haden did not practice Wednesday and he appeared to be limited during the portion of Thursday’s indoor workout open to the media. Haden, Cleveland’s top defensive player, got hurt in Sunday’s loss against the Chicago Bears when he was struck in the hip by Chicago tackle Jermon Bushrod’s knee.

Haden’s status for this week’s game against the New York Jets is still not known.

Also, Browns starting tight end Jordan Cameron missed his second straight day of practice with a concussion sustained against the Bears. Cameron, who leads the Browns with 75 receptions, is following NFL protocol on head injuries. He must still be cleared by an independent neurologist before he can practice or play.
