RICHLAND — Child Protective Services is investigating the death of a 18-month boy in Richland who was hit by a falling television.
KEPR reports that the boy suffered significant head trauma Sunday afternoon and died before reaching a hospital.
Police say the boy’s mother, boyfriend and a neighbor were in the apartment at the time but not in the room when the TV fell.
