Bagley Downs — The Free Clinic of Southwest Washington’s annual Holiday Ball on Dec. 7 raised more than $213,000 for the nonprofit, which offers health services to those who are unable to afford the care. The organization sold 215 tickets to its fifth annual fundraiser at the Heathman Hotel in Portland. The bulk of money raised came from auctions and a jewelry raffle. Beaches Restaurant owner Mark Matthias was the emcee.
