Mann leads Arizona State past Washington 57-53

SEATTLE (AP) — Deja Mann scored seven of her 12 points in the final 4:30 to help Arizona State beat Washington 57-53 on Saturday.

Kimberly Brandon scored 16 points to lead Arizona State (15-5, 6-3), which won its fifth consecutive game. Alex Earl added nine points for the Sun Devils.

Regina Rogers had 20 points and 12 rebounds to lead Washington (11-8, 3-6), which has lost three of four. Mercedes Wetmore and Jazmine Davis had 12 points apiece.

Washington converted just 3 of 11 free throws in the final four minutes of a game that contained 17 lead changes and five ties.

With 33 seconds remaining, Rogers missed two free throws that would have tied the game at 54-all. Rogers made a career-high eight free throws, but missed her final three. Davis made only 2 of 6 free throws down the stretch.

Arizona State has won 14 of the last 15 against Washington.
