NEW YORK (AP) — Relievers Joba Chamberlain and David Robertson have agreed to one-year contracts with the New York Yankees.

Chamberlain, recovering from elbow ligament replacement surgery, gets $1,675,000 under Tuesday’s agreement, up from $1.4 million last year.

Robertson, who became an All-Star as Mariano Rivera’s setup man in a breakout season, will earn $1.6 million, an increase from $460,450. He can make an additional $25,000 in performance bonuses.

Both deals are not guaranteed.

Chamberlain went 2-0 with a 2.83 ERA in 27 relief appearances before surgery on June 16.

Robertson was 4-0 with one save and a 1.08 ERA in a team-high 70 relief appearances.
