Recent commercial real estate transactions as reported by area brokerage firms.

Becky Willey Agency, providing auto, life and home insurance, has leased 1,515 square feet of office space at Eastridge Business Park, 11713 N.E. 99th St., Suite 1040, Vancouver, for its new headquarters. Jim West of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins-Bernhardt Associates represented the agency.

JNB Mechanical, mechanical contractor, has leased 4,000 square feet of industrial space at Vancouver Business Park, 3315 N.E. 112th Ave., Suites A14-15 and 40-41, Vancouver, from Bennett Family Trust II LLC. Garret Harper of Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the landlord.

Koplan Building LLC has purchased the Koplan Building Annex, an office building, at 1012 Washington St., Vancouver, for $340,000. Bob Bernhardt, Wally Hornberger and Jim West of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins-Bernhardt represented both parties.

Lijing Huang and Hangbin Li, dba Lao Shan Massage Center, has leased 1,733 square feet of retail space at 205 Commerce Center, 11516 S.E. Mill Plain Blvd., Vancouver, from Realvest 205 Commerce LLC. Pam Lindloff of Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the landlord. Deborah Ewing of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the tenant.

Occuscreen LLC, providing pre-employment screening, has leased 3,375 square feet of office space at Bank of America Financial Center, 805 Broadway, Suite 215, Vancouver, from RS Holdings LLC. Doug Bartocci of Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented both parties. Tamara Fuller of Norris, Beggs & Simpson also represented the landlord.

Pacific Northwest Renal Services LLC has renewed its lease of 11,827 square feet of office space at Stonemill Business Center, 312 S.E. Stonemill Drive, Vancouver. Tamara Fuller and Doug Bartocci of Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the landlord. Pat Crow of Cresa Partners represented the tenant.
