MILWAUKEE (AP) — Tony Meier scored 16 points, making four 3-pointers, and Milwaukee beat Wright State 58-38 Thursday night.
James Haarsma had 13 points for the Panthers (12-6, 5-1 Horizon League), who never trailed. Meier and Haarsma also contributed seven rebounds apiece and Kaylon Williams had nine assists.
Milwaukee led 31-17 at halftime and by as many as 25 points in the second half, shooting 46 percent from the field. Ten Panthers scored in the game.
AJ Pacher was the only Wright State player in double figures with 10 points. The Raiders (9-10, 4-3) shot 26 percent from the field and were just 2 for 10 from 3-point range.
