ST. PAUL, Minn. (AP) — Minnesota Wild forward Pierre-Marc Bouchard has been diagnosed with another concussion.
Bouchard was scratched from Tuesday night’s game against San Jose and will be out indefinitely. He missed all but one game of the 2009-10 season because of a head injury and didn’t return until 24 games into last season. But general manager Chuck Fletcher said Bouchard’s symptoms this time are “nowhere near as severe” as two years ago.
Bouchard was hurt two games ago, last Wednesday at Vancouver.
The Wild are without forwards Guillaume Latendresse and Jarod Palmer due to concussions as well. Latendresse has missed 11 straight games, and Palmer has been out for four straight.
Right wing Devin Setoguchi was also a surprise scratch for the Wild on Tuesday.
