Longtime downtown Vancouver women’s shop Willows Lifestyle Boutique is relocating to the Fred Meyer-anchored Grand Central development off state Highway 14 at Grand and Columbia House boulevards.

The new store is set to open Jan. 9. In the meantime, shopkeepers are moving merchandise — mostly women’s apparel, jewelry and accessories — out of Willows’ downtown space at West Eighth and Columbia streets.

Willows is owned by mother-daughter business partners Sandy McCloud and Janna Moats. It has operated downtown since the 1990s, opening first at the Vancouver Marketplace at Columbia Street and Evergreen Boulevard.
