• Carol Van Natta has been re-elected president of the Association of Fundraising Professionals Oregon and Southwest Washington chapter. The organization held its annual meeting Dec. 11 in Portland.
• The Port of Vancouver has announced that Port of Vancouver Commissioner Jerry Oliver will serve as president of the Washington Public Ports Association Board of Trustees for 2013.
