Fisherman’s body found in Willapa Bay

SOUTH BEND, Wash. (AP) — The body of a fisherman whose boat capsized Saturday in Willapa Bay was found Monday and recovered by the Washington Fish and Wildlife Department and Pacific County sheriff’s office.

The Daily Astorian reports he was identified as 34-year-old Luis Perez of South Bend.

He was thrown into the water with the captain of the 29-foot boat from Bay Center.
