Nicholas Martinell-Sterling, 28, of Vancouver appears Thursday in Clark County Superior Court on suspicion of first-degree murder, first-degree assault, drive-by shooting and first-degree unlawful possession of a firearm. A judge ordered he be held without bail, and he is scheduled to be arraigned March 30.
