The owner of Hazel Dell's Value Motel reports the dozens of deficiencies identified by the state health department have been corrected. Milton O. East Minnehaha -- Jacobus Carstar held a car-wash fundraiser for the Make-A-Wish Foundation and the Miss Clark County scholarship organization June 11.
