Vancouver Fire Department crews were dispatched Wednesday to a shopping center parking lot at 5000 E. Fourth Plain Blvd., after a car struck a man, pinning him underneath. Vancouver police later said the man, who was skateboarding, was intentionally run over and died of his injuries. The driver, identified by police as Joshua L. Jones, was arrested on suspicion of second-degree murder.
