Jacob Parker of Seton Catholic followed up Tuesday’s 1-under-par 71 with a 4-under 68 Wednesday to win the 1A district tournament at Tumwater Valley Golf Course. Parker, a senior, finished with a 36-hole total of 139 to beat out Christian Harlow, an eighth-grader from King’s Way Christian who shot 141. Read story
