An arrest warrant was issued Tuesday for Abran Raya Leon, accusing him of first-degree rendering criminal assistance for allegedly driving himself, his brother and his wife away from The Pointe Apartments in east Vancouver where his brother is accused of fatally shooting Clark County Sheriff's detective Jeremy Brown Friday night.
