Firefighters with the Vancouver Fire Department on Thursday morning responded to reports of a rollover accident on Mill Plain Boulevard. Firefighters stabilized a vehicle so its driver could safely get out of it, said Kevin Stromberg, spokesman for Vancouver fire.
