Vancouver Iron & Steel to pay $4,700 fine to DEQ

Vancouver Iron & Steel Inc. will pay a $4,693 fine to the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality for failing to conduct all required stormwater discharge monitoring at its foundry at 866 N. Columbia Boulevard in North Portland, the DEQ said Monday. Read story
