No charges yet for man accused of homicide by heroin

Matthew M. Evans, 34, was arrested Saturday on suspicion of dealing a fatal dose of heroin to Jamie L. Cortez, 33, of Vancouver. The Clark County Prosecuting Attorney's Office has declined to charge him with that crime until more investigation is completed. He was exonerated Wednesday. Read story
