Single-family subdivision proposed for quarry site

Owners of the inactive Evergreen Quarry in east Vancouver are proposing to build 120 single-family homes on an approximately 19-acre property after elevating the site by 40 to 45 feet with fill material, according to an application filed with the Vancouver's Community and Economic Development office.
