Court records: Attempted robbery suspect has mental health, drug problems

A Portland woman accused of trying to rob two gas stations Friday in east Vancouver has a history of mental health and drug problems, according to court records. She appeared in Clark County Superior Court Monday on suspicion of two counts of second-degree attempted robbery. Read story
