Authorities are asking the public to help find a 16-month-old girl, Ella Jean Perigo, who's been missing for more than a couple of weeks. She's believed to be with her parents, Charles M. Olsen-Perigo, 28, and Heidi L. Wilson, 31. Clark County sheriff's Sgt. Alex Schoening said Child Protective Services contacted the sheriff's office, concerned about the baby because in the past her parents have been homeless and unable to meet the baby's basic needs.
