The Snake River Complex Fire continues to burn on both sides of the river west of Colton, Wash., on Wednesday, Aug. 3, 2016. The state of Washington is managing firefighters and aircraft that are fighting the 10,000 fire, which was 10-percent contained as of Wednesday evening. Three college-age men admitted to the Whitman County Sheriff's Office on Wednesday that they lit a campfire near the are where the fire started. The fire started in Garfield County and the jumped the Snake River into Whitman County.
