Falling wood injures biker

At 11:40 a.m. Saturday, a large piece of wood fell off a flatbed trailer onto state Highway 503 about two miles north of Battle Ground. A motorcyclist hit the wood and was injured. The motorcyclist, 24-year-old Krystal Fleck of Woodland, was transported to PeaceHealth Southwest Washington Medical Center. Read story
