With an EEG sensor headband and a program called Brainfingers, Powell’s facial muscles, eye movements, and brainwaves are used to control the movement and click of a mouse. Powell became paralyzed from the shoulders down after being shot in the neck by a sniper while deployed in Iraq in 2004.
