After being made aware of a possible bloom of cyanobacteria — a blue-green algae — at Vancouver Lake, Susan G. Komen Oregon and Southwest Washington have decided to postpone Row for the Cure, which was scheduled for Saturday at Vancouver Lake. The event has been rescheduled for Oct. 6. Read story
