An updated artist’s rendering shows the south facade of the first building has been moved back 16 feet, creating a 58-foot setback from Evergreen Boulevard. Other changes reflect some design elements of Providence Academy, such as arched awnings over lobby entrances and concrete “faux stone” sills on storefront windows.
