Spring is in full bloom in the garden of longtime northwest Vancouver resident Kay Viviani as she keeps the area in top shape Thursday morning, April 25, 2019. Viviani said she has been gardening since she was a child and learned to love the activity from her grandfather. She helps bring about 200 plants to life each year and she keeps up the garden in tribute to her late husband, Nick Viviani, who passed away in 2016. Gardening was a past time they enjoyed together and she hopes to share it with those passing by. "It's not put in just for me or my husband, it's for everybody," she said.
