Operation Warm outfits Vancouver children with winter coats

Vancouver Fire Department firefighter Kady Bieber, left, helps second-grader Erson Ermay pick out a new winter coat Thursday at Washington Elementary School in Vancouver. Firefighters with IAFF have partnered with Operation Warm to distribute more than 200,000 coats in more than 300 cities nationwide since 2012.
