All lanes of state Highway 503 in Brush Prairie are blocked while law enforcement investigates a crash that killed three people and critically injured two children on Friday. The red car was traveling northbound on Highway 503 and tried to pass traffic on the left using the southbound lane, hitting the minivan head-on, according to the Washington State Patrol.
